Women in vintage images — Collective Reading
May 15, 6:00 PM — Libreria femminista 2B, Via Fiesolana 2b
What did women look like, how were they portrayed, and how did they describe themselves between the 19th century and the 1950s?
We’ll discover it together in the collective reading “Family Stories between Memory and Narration,” a special event within the photography exhibition SCATTI ALL’INDIETRO.
It’s an invitation to bring a piece of your own history:
a memory, a genealogy, a family anecdote, a voice that deserves to be heard.
Or you can choose a passage from those available in the bookstore.
A moment to share memories, discuss, and recognize ourselves in the lives of those who came before us.
A small community ritual, in the heart of Via Fiesolana, where stories speak again.
We look forward to seeing you on May 15th at 6:00 PM.
The images tell the story… the words complete the picture
